CALL FOR PAPERS AND EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
Following the success of the last conference held in York in 2007, this day of research presentations and conversations is designed to complement the second ESRC Seminar held the day before. Full and developmental papers are sought in the broad areas of Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Citizenship, Business in Society, Sustainable Development and Business Ethics.
This SIG conference is designed to give members an opportunity to network with colleagues in the field, and presenters to benefit from review and feedback on papers submitted. This may be of particular relevance to those submitting to the CSR track at the main BAM conference (http://www.bam.ac.uk/conference2009).
Papers will be reviewed by members of the SIG.
Once again, with an eye on value, we have secured very keen prices from York, and the fee for the conference including bed and breakfast overnight on the 25th, plus lunch will only be £80 or £35 for day delegates. Travel and subsistence bursaries up to £75 are available for the first 8 PhD students to register.
If PhD students also take advantage of the offer for the ESRC Seminar, they could have the two days at no virtually no cost!
This conference offers an excellent opportunity for researchers to present their work in a supportive forum in the company of many established researchers in the field.
Numbers will be limited, so early expressions of interest are welcome. The deadline for papers and registration is 21 February 2009.
